Juni &#8211; kurz entschlossen mit dem Rad nach Belgern gefahren, um Henri Leuschner zu unterst\u00fctzen, dann doch teilgenommen. Auf Grund einer Erk\u00e4ltung in der letzten Woche bin ich nur die 10km als Testlauf angegangen. Dennoch hat es f\u00fcr den 1. Platz gereicht. Die st\u00e4rkeren L\u00e4ufer waren halt alle auf den 20km. Damit habe ich zusammen mit Henri einen erfolgreichen Lauf bei sch\u00f6nem Wetter gehabt. Sehr naturnahe Strecke mit vielen schattigen Abschnitten, durch Wald und Flur entlang der Elbe luden wirklich zum Laufen ein. Vielen Dank an die Organisation und die vielen Helfer im Hintergrund! Eine <!--more-->tolle Veranstaltung mit selbstgebackenem Kuchen. Auch Danke daf\u00fcr an die netten Damen am Buffet. Ohne euch w\u00e4re der Sport nur halb so sch\u00f6n! Danke an Henri f\u00fcr das Coaching und die Bilder! Ohne dich w\u00e4re ich nicht gestartet.
