Ich bin gut weggekommen. Bei der 10 km-Marke war ich bei einer Zeit von 45 Minuten und 38 Sekunden. Ja, dann wurde ich halt etwas langsamer und bekam auch noch Wadenkr\u00e4mpfe. Trotz Schmerzen habe ich es noch bis ins Ziel geschafft. Die Laufuhr blieb f\u00fcr mich bei 1 Stunde 50 Minuten stehen.
