Es war ein wundersch\u00f6ner Lauf und eine coole Erfahrung. Als Zeitl\u00e4ufer der 5 km Strecke konnte man die L\u00e4ufer anfeuern, auch mal sch\u00f6n quatschen, einfach motivieren halt.
